Charmant Babykleding - Voorwaarden

Bij aankoop gaat de klant akkoord met de voorwaarden.

PRIJZEN
Alle prijzen zijn Euro prijzen, excl. verpakkings- administratie- en verzendkosten

VERZENDKOSTEN
Wij berekenen een vast tarief aan verpakkings- administratie- en verzendkosten à Euro 3.90 per bestelling.

VERZENDKOSTEN BUITENLAND
Voor verzending naar het buitenland moeten wij een hoger tarief rekenen.
Na je bestelling ontvang je een aanvullende mail.
Daarin staan de verzendkosten die voor jou van toepassing zijn. Het basis tarief is in mindering gebracht.
Wij vragen je vriendelijk om naast de factuur ook dit bedrag over te maken.
We sturen je de bestelling toe als we beide bedragen ontvangen hebben.

LEVERTIJD
Na ontvangst van de factuur kun je het verschuldigde bedrag overmaken op rek. nr. 6974432 t.n.v. J. Tilstra-Schilling (IBAN:
NL80INGB0006974432 / BIC: INGBNL2A). Betalen binnen 7 dagen. Is de betaling niet binnen 7 dagen binnen, dan wordt het bestelde artikel weer terug gedaan in de verkoop.
Binnen 5 dagen na betaling wordt de bestelling afgeleverd.

KLEURAFWIJKINGEN
Hoewel wij proberen om de kleuren op de foto's zo getrouw mogelijk weer te geven, is enige kleurafwijking niet altijd te voorkomen. Dit risico neem je als je online bestelt.

AANSPRAKELIJKHEID
Charmant Babykleding is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of beschadiging tijdens het transport. De artikelen worden goed verpakt zodat beschadiging tijdens het transport nagenoeg uitgesloten is.

Er wordt veel zorg besteed aan de afwerking van de kleding. Knopen worden stevig aangezet en afhechtingen zijn solide.
Charmant Babykleding is niet aansprakelijk voor schadelijke gevolgen van het gebruik of het dragen van de artikelen. Ook is Charmant Babykleding niet aansprakelijk voor normale slijtage of verkeerd gebruik van een artikel.

OVERMACHT
Als er door overmacht, b.v. door internetstoringen, transportstagnaties of calamiteiten hinder ontstaat voor de klant, is Charmant Babykleding niet gebonden aan het nakomen van verplichtingen t.a.v. de klant.

PRIVACY
Charmant Babykleding zal de persoonsgegevens vertrouwelijk behandelen en alleen gebruiken voor het uitvoeren van de bestelling.







TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any Order and subsequent purchase of Goods from Charmant Babykleding shall be governed by the following terms and conditions.

PRICES
All prices are in euros and exclude delivery, packing and administration costs.

DELIVERY COSTS
There is a fixed charge of €3.90 per delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International deliveries will incur a higher tariff. When you place your order you will first receive a standard invoice for national deliveries and then a further email setting out the appropriate additional cost for international delivery. Please add this additional delivery cost to your invoice before sending payment. When we have received your payment we will dispatch your order.

DELIVERY PERIOD
After receiving invoices for goods and additional delivery costs, please make payment out to: J.Tilstra-Schilling, a/c no. 6974432 (IBAN: NL80INGB0006974432 / BIC: INGBNL2A). Payment must be made within seven days. If not, the items on order will be relisted for sale. Goods will normally be delivered within five days of receipt of payment.

COLOUR VARIATION
Although we make every effort to ensure that the web photos faithfully reproduce the exact colours of the garments, it is not always possible to completely avoid any change in shading. This is a risk you have to accept when ordering online.

LIABILITY
Charmant Babykleding is not liable for any loss, theft or damage during transport. Goods are so well packed that damage in transit is extremely unlikely. We take a great deal of care over the finishing touches to the garments. Buttons are firmly attached and all stitching is securely finished off by back-stitching. Charmant Babykleding is not responsible for harmful consequences arising from the use or wearing of the articles. Nor is Charmant Babykleding responsible for normal wear and tear or wrong use of an article.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Charmant Babykleding will not be responsible for the delayed fulfilment of its responsibilities towards its customers in the event of inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, e.g. internet malfunction, transportation difficulties or disasters.

Charmant Babykleding will ensure that all your personal details are treated securely and will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
